TO GLUTEN-FREE GOODNESSI’m a mom.I missed something I had always loved—
really good dumplings.Not one that fell apart. Not one that tasted “good for gluten-free.” A real dumpling with the soft, chewy wrapper and comforting texture I remembered.After countless weekends, late nights, and more test batches than I can count, we finally created something we were proud to serve our own family.That’s how Gluten Free Wok was born.We’re excited to share our handcrafted gluten-free dumplings with our community.
